Franklin Dental Arts exists to offer you high-quality esthetic and restorative dental care that is compassionate, gentle, and always patient centered. We are an insurance-friendly, multi-specialist practice that uses cutting edge technology and advanced, holistic dental techniques to treat your dental needs.

Get to Know Dr. Ramanlal

Dr. Ramanlal grew up in southern Massachusetts and graduated from Boston University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology with a minor in Public Health. For over a year, Dr. Ramanlal was a research assistant at Boston University School of Engineering focusing on drug-delivery methods that bypass the Blood Brain Barrier. Dr. Ramanlal then went on to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine where she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree following her father’s footsteps.

After practicing in Manhattan for five years, Dr. Ramanlal and her husband decided to move back and settle down in Massachusetts. 

Dr. Ramanlal strives for clinical excellence and firmly believes that learning should never stop. She consistently participates in continuing education programs to keep herself updated with the latest research, technologies and equipment to provide the best care to her patients. She has received extensive training to become a certified Invisalign and facial esthetics provider.

During her free time, Dr. Ramanlal enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling with her husband. She loves trying different workout classes and all types of cuisines.

Get to Know Dr. LeRoy

Dr. James LeRoy was born and raised in Western New York. At an early age he became fascinated with medicine and helping others. The complexity and wide variety of procedures drove him to pursue a career in oral & maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. LeRoy received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University at Buffalo and a Masters in Biomedical science from Tufts University. He received his Doctorate of Medicine in Dentistry from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

After dental school he moved to New York City where he pursued further education and completed a General Practice residency at Montefiore Medical Center prior to completing an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Northwell Long Island Jewish Medical Center. During his four years of training he rotated at a number of hospitals including Stony Brook University Hospital, Northport VA Medical Center, Northshore University Hospital and Nassau County Medical Center. In his final year, he served as the Chief Resident.

Throughout his training, Dr. LeRoy completed extensive training in dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, orthognathic surgery, maxillofacial trauma, pathology, reconstructive jaw surgery, TMJ surgery and adult and pediatric anesthesia. He has taken a keen interest in empowering patients in optimizing their oral health through the use of the most current techniques, technology and digital surgical planning. Dr. LeRoy’s aims to provide high-quality oral surgery in a comfortable, pain-free manner.

When not at the office, hospital, or conference, Dr. LeRoy enjoys spending time with his wife, Shreshtha. They love to travel, stay active in the outdoors and try new restaurants.

Get to Know Dr. Morris

Dr. Guyle E. Morris is a 1990 graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine , located in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to that, Dr. Morris graduated Cum Laude from Boston University and was a research assistant at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Morris has been married to his wife Hilary since 1994 and has a son Tyler and a daughter Kenzie.

Dr. Morris and Dr. Ramanlal share the same ethical philosophies of dentistry and will treat every patient as their own family. After 30 years of practicing a profession he truly loved, Dr. Morris has made the decision to transfer ownership of his dental practice to Dr. Ramanlal.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

We’ve designed the Franklin Dental Arts office to be reminiscent of a relaxing spa. Our hope is that when you set foot through our doors, you will feel calm and comfortable. You’ll be greeted by our front desk staff, who will answer any of your questions prior to your appointment.

You’ll then be taken back to one of our operatories, where your doctor will perform a comprehensive exam and take any needed x-rays. Your hygienist will then clean, floss, and polish your teeth. You’ll have time to ask the doctor any further questions, and you’ll receive a custom treatment plan.

All of our treatment rooms have TVs for you to watch while your hygienist or doctor works on your smile. This helps to pass the time and make your visit more enjoyable.

CEREC Same-Day Crowns

We believe your time is valuable and that one visit to the dentist is all it takes to get the job done. With CEREC technology, we can scan and create your crowns in a single visit.

At Franklin Dental Arts, precision and attention to detail are vital. Our modern imaging technology minimizes the guess work and helps us to accurately scan, plan, and create your crowns and dental implants.

Community Outreach

Having healthy and happy patients affects the whole community. We believe that holistic healing doesn’t just stop with the dental procedure, but that it ripples outward wherever our patients go. But our community support doesn’t end there.

Dr. Ramanlal has taken several trips abroad to volunteer her dental services and expertise to impoverished areas in The Dominican Republic, Honduras, and India. She enjoys partaking in these outreach programs and providing much needed care to communities that don't have access to dentistry.

Dr. Ramanlal also enjoys sharing her experience and knowledge with the next generation. Most recently, she has spoken with students at King Phillip Regional High School about the world of dentistry and the importance of dental assisting.
